Maltidhari college is regarded as one of the oldest colleges in Patna District, which was open in a rural area. Initially this functioned to educate its rural masses. This is affiliated with the University of Bihar. It conducts the Art and Science stream of studies as Honors. This is one of the important aspects of this college.
