Navyug kanya Mahavidyalaya, is one of the prestigious govt. aided colleges in Lucknow, the proof of which is indicated from the fact that this college was shortlisted among the five hundred degree colleges of the state capital by the Govt. of Uttar Pradesh in the implementation of its " Laptop Distribution scheme" in its first round and one thousand two hundred forty first year under-graduate girl students got benefited out of it on 11th March,2013. The discipline of the college is exemplary and the result speaks of itself. For the last 53 years the result of U.G. and P.G. courses has varied between 95% and 100%. During the span of 74 years the college has been continually striving hard to take its position to greater heights by the hard work and determination of staff and the students and has secured a commendable position in the capital of Uttar Pradesh.
